Class symbols

Hi everyone, I'm working on a guild site and I'm interested in making custom sigs for everyone in the guild. There are a couple things I'm looking for:
Blizzard style race symbols and class symbols. I don't want them to have any borders or obstructions, just the symbols that are about 100pixlesX100pixles so I can scale them to my needs.
All I can seem to find are these tiny ones:

Those are exactly what I want, but they are too small :(

How'd you get those?
Did you try screenshotting the character creation screen with a few different views for all class/race icons then cutting those from the image?
