I personally use RatingBuster, fairly good addon... Although you can always press Shift over the item...

Hm, that doesn't always give a clean compare, esecially if you've no idea how much crit 1 agility gives, or how much mp5 you'll get from spirit. For my Druid I use DruidStats, and I really like how it gives me a list of how much +crit/+dodge/+heal/+mp5 an item gives me when I'm shifted in a certain form. Because sometimes it's just a bit too difficult to calculate on my own.
