How would you like to personally participate in the next study of the new frontier? No, not outer space, but the virtual world. My name is Mandi, and I am a researcher at Trinity University based in San Antonio, Texas, and I am looking for people to partake in research surrounding player motivations and attitudes related to character construction. These interviews are being conducted as part of a group research project exploring them. At the end of the semester, our findings will be posted online and shared with the gaming community. a mod explain to me why myself and the rest of the class were not welcome to post there (he
compared it to me setting up a three-card Monty table in the corner of someone’s bar).
