Downgrading my patch from 3.0.3 to 2.4.3

Hi there can anyone give me instructions on how to get rid of the latest patch 3.0.3 so that i can have the 2.4.3 patch again. Is it possible to do without re-installing WoW????

Not possible. The server will force you to patch to 3.03. It looks for a given patch level so that your client and the server can work correctly together. More precisely, yes you could reinstall Wow and apply the patches to get to 2.4.3, but you could not log in to the servers like that.. it will see you're at 2.4.3 and force you to download a patch.

Shotgun, you need to read what they said closer. The game will not let you play without the latest patch (3.0.3). So you might as well save your time and not reinstall if you plan to play the game.

I think (hope) they mean that the patch created a problem and that they will need to reinstall and try to patch again.
