ok, well now we have to test you don't we.

begin now

•Even though we think a color is red, is it actually the same "red" to somebody else?
•What is the average temperature on earth?
•How many people has died during the earths existance?
•Will all people look the same in 1000 years?
•How heavy is the moon?
•What would happen if Microsoft decided to go "crazy professor" on us?
•How fast are radiowaves?

•Even though we think a color is red, is it actually the same "red" to somebody else?

Probably not, but does it matter?

•What is the average temperature on earth?

At the moment, too cold - where is global warming when you need it ?!?

•How many people has died during the earths existance?

Too many, or not enough - depends on your point of view

•Will all people look the same in 1000 years?

Do you mean the same as now, or all the same in 1000 years? In both cases, certainly not. This assumes that we haven't managed to wipe ourselves out by then - personally, I have my doubts ...

•How heavy is the moon?

Depends - heaviest at full moon :-)

•What would happen if Microsoft decided to go "crazy professor" on us?

You mean they haven't yet?!?

•How fast are radiowaves?
Depends on the song that's being played :-)

DelBoy

ps - welcome to the new guys

•Even though we think a color is red, is it actually the same "red" to somebody else?

Yes, more or less. Considering the fact that the visually impaired that have trouble distinguishing different colors apart; i.e the colorblind.

•What is the average temperature on earth?

Define "earth". How much of the atmosphere, how farm from the core? In either case, I can't be bothered calculating an estimate nor searching for the answer.

•How many people has died during the earths existance?

Yet again a vague question. What do you define as people? Better yet, at what time do you consider people first inhabited earth? I wouldn't know in either case so I'll pull one out of my ass. 16 billion.

•Will all people look the same in 1000 years?

Definitely not.

•How heavy is the moon?

Around 73 quintillion ton (USA) or 73 trillion ton (EU)

•What would happen if Microsoft decided to go "crazy professor" on us?

Butterflies would learn to swim.

•How fast are radiowaves?

Pretty much as fast as light. Depending on what substance they go through, however, they might be slower.

That was fun :cloud9:

•Even though we think a color is red, is it actually the same "red" to somebody else?

Perceptions are unique to the individual and no one can be certain that perception of red are of the same quality across all experience. Although people will be able (generally) to identify the same object as being red, it is impossible to determine if there is another consciousness that perceives it in the same way.

•What is the average temperature on earth?

While the average temperature of the earth can be determined by summing up readings at different points on the earth, and then averaging them out, this does not provide any useful data. The exercise is pointless.

•How many people has died during the earths existance?

An infinite number of people in an infinite number of possible universes.

•Will all people look the same in 1000 years?

No.

•How heavy is the moon?

The moon is not heavy at all. It does have an enormous mass though.

•What would happen if Microsoft decided to go "crazy professor" on us?

You eyeballs having to be rebooted every 6 hours.

•How fast are radiowaves?[/QUOTE]

As fast as anything can move.

I'm bored at work. ..

Even though we think a color is red, is it actually the same "red" to somebody else?
Probably not.
What is the average temperature on earth?
Average surface temp is ~59°F/15°C
How many people has died during the earths existance?
When did people become people?
Will all people look the same in 1000 years?
We'll have blown ourselves up long before then.
How heavy is the moon?
Assuming you mean heavy as a measure of weight. It depends on where you are. As weight is an objects mass multiplied by it's acceleration due to gravity, location becomes key. Even on Earth, your weight changes based on your elevation because gravitational force is inversely proportional to the square of the the distance between two objects.
What would happen if Microsoft decided to go "crazy professor" on us?
Eddie Murphy would make another terrible, terrible movie.
How fast are radiowaves?
1.86 X 10^5 m/s in a vaccum. Outside of a vaccum, the speed would be dependant on the density of the material the radiowaves are passing through.
