Hey guys, I didn't want to post under the sticky post since i'm not sure how often someone would check it to help, so I made my thread.

I have eePanels2 and created some artwork that I'd like to import and skin it with. My file is 512x512 - saved as a .tga file. Double checked the file path in the settings but it never loads.

I've closed all related programs, including restarting World of Warcraft completely. Still did not work. So I restarted my entire PC. I still fail to see ANYTHING load in.

If anyone is willing to throw some help and talk me through what I'm apparently doing wrong it would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

not sure if eepanels2 still work with wrath. the successor is kgpanels i think. try that out and see if your textures work with it.

Hey will do boss, i'll take a peak - thanks for the quick reply!

EDIT: tried kgpanels - uploaded my texture to the KGpanel DB - and it doesn't work. Still a clear bg - thoughts?

alrighty well further playing with it, I changed the file paths, and when i put it to one of them, its completely clear background, then i change it again ( i believe to the right one) it gets a dark tint to it.....so does that mean my .tga file isn't made how its suppose to?

No big deal - in the walkthru it says to make it down to 0% when i had to change the color to white and 100% - if that makes any sense, in any case - its done. =o) got it working.!

make sure, when you add textures to a folder, say, /interface/addons/kgtextures, for example, you need to tell kgpanels that its there. make sure the you have the path right, and make sure you tell it that its a background texture.

also i think you need to double the slashes when telling kgpanels where your texture is. so... \\interface\\addons\\kgtextures\\yourbackground.tga
