Ahhhh! Punctuation is not just for smiley faces!

You can transfer all your old Wow files onto your new computer. You can run Wow from the hard drive without reinstalling it.

Yes, people don't like Vista, but Vista still "works" so don't worry about it.

let me put this into perspective for you even if you have vista.

your new computer is better than your old computer.

How do i transfer the files from my old computer to my new one?
And could you explain what you mean by running WoW craft from the hard drive without re-installing it, thanks.

I'm not in to mood to explain this today. Anyone want to pick up the ball?

Burn the files to a DVD and then put them on your new hard drive.

Or

Put the old HDD in the new computer and move the files onto the new drive.

if you're in the same network, you can just copy the whole folder over to the new computer.

if you dont have space on your DVD, install wow on the new computer and then just copy the patch files over by burning the patch files on to a DVD. to be safe, copy ALL the patch files. once your new WoW launches and needs to patch, it will not need to download anything, it will just install your patches instead.

or, get yourself a USB DRIVE and copy files over. some files may be too big for your thumbdrive, but lately, i've seen 2 and 4 gig drives costing $10. cheap as hell.

or, you can take your old drive and put it in the new computer as an extra drive. this is the easiest option. at least for me.

sounds like installing the cd's and downloading the patch might be your best option
