authentication key...

So I picked up the WoW battlechest today...installed vanilla wow and then burning crusade. after the BC finished installing, the installer told me to upgrade my account so that i could play it. I've already made an account with Blizzard, so i punched in the code and it didn't work. "Invalid code.'

I put it in several more times, even in all caps...nothing worked. whats the next step? did someone somehow get a hold of my key?

IMO, refresh the page, read the numbers/letters EXACTLY again, type it into a "Word" thing on your desktop, then re-check. Then, after that you can copy+paste instead of just type it in. Refreshing the page should do it though.
