I am a member of the alliance. It's concerning cooperation to achieve Halaa battle tokens.

Eh, in that case, this is some really good advice: Ask on your server! Go to a large city (Shattrath maybe?) and ask if someone wants to cooperate with you on that. I think that will yield quicker results than asking this on a forum that only a small portion of WoW-players visit frequently.

Perhaps you missed that he is alliance, and probably needs horde opposition to obtain tokens...

He would best be served asking in the official forum threads, IMO, since more of the people he would want to reach are likely there.
