It appears they have made a few changes to H-VH (maybe regular but have not tried it).
Changes:
They put a lady outside the door that can port you back in if you die.
From last nights run, bosses don't respawn once you have killed em.
It is the 2nd item which could be considered either a fix or a break.
We killed the dog guy and the water guy, tank was DCd and we wiped on a trash mob.
The instance did not reset and when we got back the lady ported us back in. Not having this happen before we were not ready and ended up wiping again. They broke the door down and the instance reset.
We repaired, rebuffed and tried it again.
After the initial trash waves the guy ran to the portal to release the dog guy but he was not there. We thought the instance was glitched, but while we were talking about what happened the next wave of trash came and we continued to the water boss with the same results. When we got to the next boss, dragon <who did not drop my trinket btw> things were back on track.
Is this a good thing or not...
Good Points:
If you get the wizard guy with the globes, it is nice to know that you do not have to re-do him if you wipe later.
You get a longer break between mobs for the bosses you have already downed.
If you die early on in the fight you can release and run back. You are not in combat till you talk to the lady to port you so you can eat, rebuff, etc...
If you have a not-so-great group you still have a chance to get through this one boss at a time.
Bad points:
You can no longer wipe on the last boss and re-do everything again and again and again till everyone gets the drops they need.
You can still do limited rep-grinding on the trash mobs but the time vs. return is not that great. Would be better off just hopping to a different instance for rep.
Can't think of anything else bad about the change.
