when i login wow it said my acc is closed and i received this mail from blizz today...

does that mean my account is removed forever?

honestly i didnt use any 3rd party software....

all i had was few popular addons like atlasloot...recount and omen ...

that's all i got...

do i have to chance to know what really happened or to explain?

you must have been warned first if not im sure if you point this out to blizzard they may review your case but they have have accidently closed your account instead of another

Not really. If they find you using third party software to exploit, you are suspended as soon as they can do so. and, the ban comes soon thereafter.

The other thing to be aware of is that if Blizzard suspects an account has been hacked, they will also close it (and often use a cryptic "exploit" reason in the email so as to not give away any information to a hacker that may also have your email address.) Look up your character's armories and see if they still have all their gear on that they should.

As others have said, you will need to contact Blizzard to find out what is going on and what you can do to get your account back.
