Ok so thanks to Surodat's post I decided to watch Soylent Green and on the forums at IMDB someone suggested a "Horrifying shock ending for the remake..." "Soylent Green is... PUPPIES!!!!!"
Then someone suggested it should be "Soylent green is ......MACDONALDS !!" and I couldn't help but laugh. Yes we do bash Macdonalds a bit.
Then yadda yadda yadda I stumbled upon this
1 Night in Paris
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0412260/
How frickin hilarious, that this stupid "movie" has a listing on major movie website. It reads like a real movie, with a director and cast, but the genre had me in stitches (Documentary | Adult | Drama | Romance) and one of the plot keywords being "Bad Sex".
edit: and this http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0412260/awards
edit2: and this user review:
Whether it was the stunning appeals of her attractive posture, Paris Hilton puts on a wonderful performance in what is surely to be known as her best work to date. Some underrate her overall ability, but not this fellow review columnist. I see her for what she is. She's excitable, she's eccentric, and she's collective. Never letting herself fall out of character, Paris answers her cell phone at one point. Can you imagine the star of "The Simple Life" ignoring a phone call pre-intercourse? No, you can't, and that's why this work of artistic expression earns an A for being simply real.
Paris Hilton's co-star "Rick" will shock and surprise you as the one that steals the show mid-course. His facial expressions and line delivery is acceptable, however he truly steals your heart with the line, "Turn to the camera, baby, let everyone know how beautiful you are". There won't be a dry eye in the room once you open your heart and see this cinematic classic for what it's worth: a love story beyond Oscar material.
The way Paris looks into her co-star's eyes will grab you right where it belongs. The lighting is so appealing you can't take your attention off for just one moment to do something more constructive with your time. And the climatic battle of epic proportions will allow you to truly never forget your first night in Paris.
