WoW Trial Account to Full version

Okay guys I have played the trial Version for 10 days and want to buy the game and use my account ive been playing on the free one for the Real version. Blizzard says I can do this, but when i click on Account Managment it brings up this:

HTTP Status 404 - /account/

type Status report

message /account/

description The requested resource (/account/) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.23

Have NO clue what that is.. But when i buy the game (Later) Im hoping its fixed so i can put in the key or whatever i have to do to make my Trial Account a Full one and contiune on.

Im asking, does this feature work? Or is it like, Bugged? And has anyone else had this problem? Or has anyone DONE this before? And it worked? Don't want to waste my money AND TIME on a character im never going finish..

I think you just caught it when there was some sort of bug...That happened to me also a few days ago, and it works now, for me.

The feature does work...It upgrades you completely within 72 hours, but lets you use a few of the features immediately.

You can upgrade to the standard version on the website for $19.99, and to BC or Lich King for more, I think.

Of the 11.5 million people playing WoW I assume a fair few of them played the trial first (I did and so did most of my guild). Lets say 1/3 of people played the trial and then upgraded - thats about 3.8 million people that have used this feature.

I've made these figures up... but you get the idea :)

OP... try it again, if it doesnt work then perhaps you can do it from the install itself. if not, then there is always checking to see if what you're logging into is actually the right wow website. There is a US version as well as an EU version, plus others.

Apache Tomcat is a type of web server... essentially you caught the website on an unauthorised coffee break. As soon as its supervisor gets done yelling at it, you can upgrade your account. :)
