Need Help, Canadian Needing To Play On EU Servers!

Hello,

My girlfriend recently moved to canada and she has world of warcraft but the american version, and we dont know how to get it so she can play on the same server im on in EU, since alot of her friends are on EU server now too. She really wants to join the fun!. But she bought all the games in Canada and made a new character and chose Saurfang thinging it wouldnt matter, that i would still be able to see her. We cant.
Is there a way for her to switch over with out her paying anymore expense? Is there a file she can replace to allow it? Or is it a new account all over again?

Seems like some farfetched bull****. Did she had account on european servers before moving to canada suddenly? If she did - she should be playing with her old account. If she didn't have EU account before - she needs to buy new EU account (use Recruit a Freidn programme so she will get extra exp while leveling with you).

As for the client - it is possible to change some files so it will connect to the other realm, but you still need propper acount there. And it will be much eaiser to redownload it again.

You can create an account at www.wow-europe.com. There can be problems registering a non-eu credit card on an eu account so you may have to buy prepaid time on her behalf (or use your own credit card). Once an account is created you can download all the game client files from within the account management section. And yes, going with the recruit a friend program is a good idea.

You will have to buy a european copy of the game, you can't create an account on http://www.wow-europe.com/ without it.

I suggest you buy her the game, e-mail her the serial and have her create an account, then she can download the client from the wow-europe website.
