I've been playing WoW for over a year now and for some reason decided tonight to delete all my addons, start fresh, and reorganize them.. And now there's a transparent blue square in the middle of the screen, centered over my character, no matter where in the game I am or what I'm doing. I don't know if it's from an addon or some sort of game function.. Has anyone else experienced this and if so... How'd you fix it?
Thanks for the help...

id suggest trying to disable then re-enable all your mods individually to find the culprit or you could just delete your Interface and WTF folders, enter the game then exit to reset everything.

Or, perhaps enable half, and see if it is operating incorrectly....Then try the other half of them, or just a portion of the first half, depending on whether the error showed up with that first half of the mods enabled, etc...This makes it so you don't have to trying each one individually, and you find the culprit a bit faster...
Good luck!

Indeed, first suggestion is a linear n search
second suggestion is a SQRT(n) search (which is about as fast as it gets in an unsorted collection)
Just remember: It's always in the last place you look!

In English:
The first suggestion is slower, the second suggestion is faster.

It's just like in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Back from the Sewers when you had to guess a number between 1 and 100. It taught me to continually reduce the number of possible answers in half with each attempt.
Oh, Game Boy, how you challenged the mind of a 7 year old Surodat....

Thanks for the help. Took me a while to find it but it was the AspectInspect addon I had installed the other day. All solved so now I can get back to grinding for gold. Thanks!

I suggest you reinstall the addons. Good luck!http://photo-collection.co.cc/img/3399/n09m0322ezgq/biggrin.gif
Why are you starming the forums? He already said he fixed the problem.
