mail attachments

Hello Everyone.

First post, So here we go. I have put some items in the auction some sold some did'nt my problem is this when I went to my mailbox I tried to get the items that did'nt sell but could not seem to get them from the attachments in my mail to my bag is there a trick to this that I have missed.

Must just be a bug or an issue with the mail database. I've never had this problem before. Do you have any addons that affect mail or mail items?

No idea if this is the case, but I've had problems with Auctioneer before. Prevents me from looting or picking up mail items.

Bizarely enough, I've also had issues with things like BBC Player that are running in the background.

Try disabling any programs that are running on your computer - see if that helps

The general strategy is:
- Disable ALL addons
- Try again
- If it still doesn't work, contact a GM

- Wait a few minutes and try again, in case the mail server is experiencing lag
- Monitor general chat for 5 minutes to see if anyone else is complaining about mail lag
- If it still doesn't work, contact a GM
