Please Help Me!

Hey , it's been about six months since I've played WoW , and I really want to play again.

Seeing as my account isn't "active" I decided to log onto the official WoW forums to see if I could remember my password. I always use a few of the same passwords , but it wasn't logging me in. (I don't know if it's because my account hasn't been paid for?)

Anyway , I went to the "I forgot my password" page , but when I went there , it asked me for my e-mail address. The thing is , when I first joined WoW , I never had an e-mail address so I just typed in a random one. But then it was asking me for an e-mail and I couldn't use my current one. Then I went to the "change my e-mail" page , but it was asking me for my password!

I think I've messed up and I REALLY don't want to have to level up my pally to 70 again. Can anyone help me?

If it is important to you, CALL THEM.

You will have to fax them proof that you are the owner, provide a picture ID, etc.

I'm sorry...but first post (with the name "Irishstereotype") and you're admitting to having an Internet connection, signing up to WoW and NOT having an email account. So instead of quickly setting one up...you made one up?!?!?!

Did you think that blizzard would send you a letter through the post? Or maybe give you a quick ring if there was any problems?

And before anyone jumps on me for Irish bashing... take a look at my name and wonder where the first 4 letters come from.

Contact Blizzard, tell them whats happened and when they stop laughing they might fix your problem.

Yuppers, it will take a while to get through but put your phone on speaker and wait it out. They will be helpful and have been known to work wonders. Ps. next time just use a spam e-mail at least. It does not take much to maintain a google account just for spam and what not. (I do not recall a spam bump from blizzard). Good luck and welcome back.
