So yesterday i was happily playing and logged off before i went to bed.
Today i come home just to find out that my account doesnt exist anymore!
There is no update notification email in my mailbox or anything. Not even that ive been suspended or banned. My characters arent in the armory and password and email recoveries say that the account doesnt exist in their database.
Help please!:embarassed:

Accounts are never deleted, even when you get banned, the account is still there.
They don't even have the software to delete accounts.
So something else is going on.
Try the billing department first.
Russia: 88 005 550 995 (free*)
Finland: 0800 115 269 (free)
Norway: 800 12 277 (free)
Sweden: 0200 897074 (free)
*Free phone number. Please note that some additional fees may apply if you call from a mobile phone or from a surcharged phone line, consult your phone provider for more information.
Are the closest ones to you. They should be able to tell you, if your account still exists yes/no. If, yes, have them patch you through to the relevant department so that they and you can figure out what the heck is going on. (Doubt that the answer will be no, would be a first really.)
They should have an internal switchboard for these things if not, then the relevant numbers are probably.

So? Wouldn't be the first time that a kid has called in. Have to keep in mind that some parents aren't that techy savvy to begin with, so while they might be the legal entity with whom Blizzard has entered a lease contract with, but that doesn't mean that they'd have the knowledge to help resolve issues.
Often, the kids are better informed in that regard than the parents.
Anyway, hope you manage to resolve this, scam or not.

Was just going to ask the same, Maz.
What did you mean with "I got scammed"? What exactly happened? Did you solve it? If yes, how?
