Now That Druids' Graphics Have Been Updated...

...Does this mean all the other Races in the game should get the same treatment?

I know it's an exceptional case with Druids because, in their forms, they couldn't customise their looks at all - unlike other classes who can change armor etc. But Blizzard has admitted the graphics were old and looked bad. Well, has anyone looked at Humans recently? Or any other original race for that matter. There's a reason why Draenei and Blood Elves are so popular; all those extra polygons mean they look so much better than any of the others.

Do you think this change to Druids will start off a (fresh) demand for updated character graphics, or do you feel Blizzard should just concentrate on new content and new features?

It's not so much that they look bad as they aren't that expressive. But no, I don't see an overhaul of character models unless they do it as part of the next expansion. Of course, I've been wrong before....

All human male chars have grey patches on the ends of their noses in the char creation screen and massive sausage fingers :-/

dosnt have to be part of a expansion, maybe just a major content patch? although if its just character graphic changes it wouldnt have to be too big a patch huh

I just wish that troll females could blink.

I'm even more annoyed that they haven't fixed this given that female troll DKs can blink.

I don't think that would be a bad idea, the race graphics could do with a little updating. Maybe even add, oh, I don't know, a way to customize your dance? ^^ But seriously, I agree, the new models are better-looking and have nicer animations, so I'd really like to see this done to the other older models too. And I really hope they're gonna tackle the tree form, travel form and swim form too (I hate that swim form, it's soooo ugly!).

As the shadow system was updated in 3.0 (and does look awesome), I wouldn't mind a character overhaul with 4.0 (the next expansion). Ofc it could go awry like the Tauren->Taunka thingy.

My main complaint about the human models...both male and female...is that they tend to have a pretty serious derderder look. Talk about blank.

I'd love to see the toons revamped, and a little bit of the cartoony style changed. I know I play a cow...but...

There is only one thing that I wish they would fix the animation on. That is the male undead swinging a 2 handed sword,axe or mace.. It looks just damn stupid.
