Weapons vendor

I was checking out get-buffed.com, where I saw a polearm, blackice. It says it can be purchased from a weapons vendor, listed in several areas. But it says location unknown. Is this vendor like the darkmoon faires that are only one for a short time, and if so, when is this weapons vendor and where can they be found?

Black Ice comes from Alexstrasza's Gift which is in normal Eye of Eternity - it isn't sold by any vendors.

It is sold by a vendor but only on Tournament Realms i believe. I was on the PTR for the tournament stuff aggeeesss ago and there was Vendors in every factions starting area.

So unless you are taking part in an arena tournament looks like you need to get to EoE and hope it drops :azn:
