Account Temorarily Disabled.

Well 2 days ago i got home from work and tried to logon to my account and my password wasn't working. I then tried it several more times will still no results. I found it kinda weird but didnt really think anything of it so i just changed it to a new one and when i tried to log on with that i got a message saying 'your account has been temporarily disabled please visit this website for more info' so i did that and it said about the same thing except it said my email should have recieved something saying why it was disabled. I did not receive anything saying why it was disabled and also didnt receive anything about when my password was initially changed.

So I am just wondering if this is a keylogger? or what this could be. And also if i call blizzard and explain to them will i get my account back and maybe if anyone knows how long this process will take for me to be able to log back onto my account and raid again....

Any information about this will be really appreciated but i do not really know why this has happened at all, Haven't done anything bad online, always curtious and havent bought and gold on online sites... So i am really confused.

Weekends with Blizzard are notoriously slow. You should by now, though, have the dreaded e-mail. So e-mail them. Phone them. Be persistent. If all is legitimate and your account was somehow accessed by some unauthorised individual, you should eventually get it all back - anything that was stolen in that use or any changes in your characters. But it does take a fair amount of time. I've heard anything from a week to two or three. I used to think only stupid or careless account owners had this happen, but no longer believe that. I've known three now that were honest people who did nothing that they thought would compromise their accounts, but it stilll happened. And once you get it all back, buy and use an Authenticator (available on sale at the Blizzard store) to give you an extra level of security.

Yeah your best bet is to phone them. This, unfortunately, happens a lot but once they establish you're the owner of the account it should be back up and running. There's no way to say if your characters are untouched yet, but I wish you luck with that.
