So two days ago i tried to pay my account on EU realms.When i entered my information for the payment i clicked continue and it was a long wait.And so my card was charged the money for 1 month but when i enter the game it says that i havent payed.I tryed to contact blizzard send them some email from the support site but no awnsers.Any one has any idea whats the problem ?

I suggest calling their customer support lines during regular business hours. Pinning down a living, breathing customer support representative is your best hope to have this fixed in a timely manner.

(Unfortunately I don't have access to the EU customer service phone numbers like I do the US. Perhaps some nice EU player here will share?)

I cant call them on the phone.I dont have connection or somthing like that the administator on the phone says somthin like that when i tried to call them. :(

Sounds more like your phone has been disconnected then.
Because if you can't call them on the phone, then you can't have talked to an "Administrator" either.

Might want to try a gamecard otherwise. Saves one the problem of having to deal with banks bouncing the proverbial checks involved

Sounds more like your phone has been disconnected then.
Because if you can't call them on the phone, then you can't have talked to an "Administrator" either.

I tried the phones its the same thing.Not a bad idea for the gamecards but they dont have for a month only 2 3 and 6 months.
