Hey,
Last night I initiated a transfer request for my level 80 DK and entered my bank information for the direct debit method as I lack a credit card(16). However when I tried to finalize the transfer it said my payment was refused while the strange thing is, I used the exact same payment information a few weeks ago for a recustomization. Anyone know if there is a bug or something with the EU payment systems? I also send a message to Customer Support but as normal with Blizzard. No response as of yet.
