how much do arrows cost? The price varies, but they are very cheap compared to most things. As you gain in levels, you can use better (i.e. they do more damage) arrows and of course those cost a little more. Over all my hunter was never short of coin for arrows. (and I started way back when 10g to start a guild took me several nights work to gather.

how hard are hunters to level? One of the easiest classes in the game to level. Of course there is a good side and a bad side to that. Some people will say that they are so easy to level that you can get to 80 and still not learn how to work effectively with a group.

what armour can they wear? They can wear cloth, leather and at level 40...mail. They can also wear nothing but skivies if that floats your boat.

and taming animals as pets? Yes, they can tame some animals as pets. These are fighting pets as opposed to vanity pets (which just hang around). Around level 10 you will complete some quests which teach you how to identify, tame, feed and care for your pet(s). There are also stables so you can tame several types of pets and switch between them. (You can only have 1 with you at time but you can put the other 2 or 3 in a stable so you don't lose them)

generally speaking,it is a little difficult to level before level 10,it will be more easy when you got a pet

I started as a Hunter but found it far to hard.

I am now a Paladin, has anyone got any tips for this race?

A paladin is a class, not a race. You can choose Dwarf, Human, Draenei or Blood Elf as race.

Pallies are about doing melee damage with swords, maces or polearms and healing yourself with seals, judgements and quick casted heals. They wear heavy armor so damage comes in at a slower pace than other classes.

Funny though... Hunter is generally considered the easiest class to level. You DO need to get to L10 where you learn to keep a combat pet. Before that yeah... it's not that easy.
