Gearing up for the 39 bracket

Ok so I know gearing up will be MUCH easyer now that the patch will be live. But this is my first 39 twink and I have no idea how I should gear up. Like when should I be going into an instance to get some gear? And which instances should I be going into?

So you know what I'll be needing I am going to be a 39 ret paladin. (Might consider holy and prot) Any helpfull info would be much appreciated.

Uldaman.
Razorfen ... Kraul I think. Whichever is the highest level of the two.

You can turn off Exp in the coming patch, so just go there @ 39.

God this patch is going to be so much helpful. Now I can get people to help me farm for the rest of this UC rep I'm going for. And now I can run all I want hah.
