If 'little boy' honestly is the best thing you can come up with, it's little surprise you wipe on Onyxia's fear. But fine - feel free to keep wallowing in class imbalance and false self-reassurance that there really was no other way to play things.
Guys, warning oldtimers like you both to keep your cool should be a redundant task.
*ducks away hiding from the "but he started it" retorts*

Actually, I'm about done with the forums. Between the complete lack of traffic, the repetitive posts about non-game issues (people whining that they got banned (like we can do anything about it), etc) and people like Aerath deciding to nitpick (missing completely the point that I was making just because he felt like being an asshole), I just don't find much value here anymore.
The TBC discussions of class issues and raid issues was valuable and interesting. Most of the posts that I see just aren't engaging anymore - I struggle to find something on the front page of the forum that makes me want to click and read the post and I just don't have the energy to deal with people like Aerath who are more interested in proving they're right than anything else. I'm fine with a good discussion and disagreement rooted in the topic - but I don't get that here anymore.
1) Are you considering taking some of the user mods and actually implementing them into the game
ex: Updating your maps or even just having the co-ords shown as part of WOW
ex2: Beefing up the auction house a little. Being able to search by item click. Just make it more functionable overall.
ex3:Even putting in a dps recorder.
Just take some parts of the popular mods and making them part of the game
2) Any plans on updating the Darkmoon Faire to have more items available to more levels and to make it useful for Level 80 characters.
It is fairly limited right now, I have never really used it at all during any of my characters.

A lot of the features that were added in previous patches are actually directly taken from mods. Lots of popular mods have given the developers ideas for things to implement in the actual game.
@clevins... I don't know what to reply, really, so I'll just leave it at that, I guess. I can say that I expected you to put yourself above all that, as I thought you were always the levelheaded advocate of not taking things personally.

I've thought about this for a long time... Essentially they have done most 99% of everything on my wish list (flying in Azeroth etc..)
The one thing I would like for a WoW dev to offer is s/w to take a photo of yourself and put that into game via any race - racial feature overlapping those of your own. If Blizzard wants the next step in "insurance" for their fan base is by implementing smoething like that. Hell, even scew the height, weight features too - whatever it takes to truely make this happen.
I really disagree with the "paying" for a racial change or any other feature that you have to pay for /sigh
Another question: Why not make every first use of an otherwise 'paid service' free? And of course give them the possibility to revert that service withing a limited time. That would give people the incentive to try such a service, 'get to know it' and if they like it, they would use it. If they don't like it, no harm done.
Oeh, another question: How about giving players that help other players out a lot - without asking something in return - some sort of achievement? And what about players who's account have been active from the very first beginning? Or implement an achievement for people who have taken a companion pet into every instance and to every part of Azeroth? ^^
I like the CoS speed run where you get to kill an additional boss if you're fast enough. More of that .
Little combat triggered self-heals like the Imp. LotP talent, Vampiric Embrace and the "get healed when killing something" trinkets (and of course Seal/Judgement of Light). They seriously reduce a class' downtime when grinding "easy" content, but don't make or break things when doing hard stuff. I miss that on my boomkin for instance...
Actually, reducing downtime is one of the biggest "fun factors" when playing for me. I find myself playing the classes that do have it a lot more than the ones that don't (my mage has been stuck at L4x for quite some time now).
