Yes.
Go on you character paper doll, select the tab skills.
Select the trade skill you want to delete.
You'll find down near the tab the skill selected and the "delete" button next to it.
Press it, a pop up will ask you confirmation.
You'll lose all the point and all the recipe you've learned till now, obviously you won't lose the item that you've already crafted successfully.
