Alchemy skill

My alchemy skill has reached to 150 (max) at the moment. But I can't find anywhere that can learn to become an Expert alchemy (max. 225).

Does anyone knows where I can up my alchemy skill level to 225?

I'm a lvl24 alliance.

Darnassas for to 150 to 225
Feathermoon Stronghold for 225 to 300
