Engineering - Repairing Robot ?

Hey.

For some days ago I remember seeing that Engineers could make a little device, or robot, that when summoned/made would work like a normal merchant, wich you also could repair your equipment at.

I wondered if this is true, because I can't seem to find it on thottbot and I can't remember where I saw it.

Can anyone tell me if its true or not?

(Would atleast be awsome, esp in instances when the tanks have to repair)
