Request: Framerate & Latency Display

I was wondering if anyone could make a simple mod that would display your current Framerate and Latency. It doesn't need to be fancy or anything. I would actually prefer just plain text like the InfoBar mod rather than something in a frame. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could whip this up!

You should try Infobar, by Telo. Has Framerate, Latency, Clock, Bag Status, etc. Add/remove whatever you want. Also Moveable.

Edit: Oops, looks like you've already tried infobar. :) oh well.

I suggest using Titan Panel. It's a sweet bar mod, clean, functional. I love it.
