Hunter making an Addon request

Firstly I must apologise for being so presumptuous as to believe that anyone with the skills to make AddOns might possibly have so much free time that they'd be willing to waste some of it on developing something for someone else.

I have looked at the tutorials as well as the internals of the AddOns I already have installed, and from what I can tell I stand absolutely no chance of deciphering what needs doing, so I'm offering the idea up for someone else to possibly play with...

My main character is a Hunter, and as such I have access to the Track Beasts/Humanoids/etc. skillset, which shows me the relative locations of nearby mobs on my minimap. However, it doesn't tell me anything else, such as their levels or aggression state. Yes, this information is available by mousing-over the mob in question, but if they're on a different floor/behind a wall/invisible it's not that easy to do...

Would it be possible to make an AddOn that simply modifies the existing popup window to include this extra information?

Oh, and while I'm thinking about it, there's mention in the Interface Options menu in-game that mentions "happiness bars" - does this mean it used to be possible to see the exact happiness of your pet? Could this functionality be provided?
