gnomish engineering???

I read that when you reach expert engineering you get to choose to be proficient in either gnomish or goblin engineering. I'm got expert engineering and am wandering around booty bay but am clueless on where to find this membership quest? I'm lvl 37 gnome rogue. What do I have to do to get gnomish engineering? :confused:

That should help, btw seem to recall something about you needing to be level 40, though not 100% though.

I don't think that's correct. My level 36 gnome warlock has started gnome engineering. It's just bloody expensive to do the quest to get it.
