This may seem rather harsh, but someone needs to remake Pinky's Enhanced Trade Skills mod. This is (when it works) one of those mods that Bliz should have included in the basic functions. I fell in love with this mod a couple of patches ago, but it has become broke since TOC 1300 was released. Pinky himself said the coding was "sloppy".
I am asking someone to take on this project becuase Pinky has not been seen or heard from in sometime with no explanation. Even a trip to those "other" U/I sites reveals that people there are experiencing the same problems with the mod and no response from the author. I would not ask if it had not been sooooooo long. I am surprised that someone has not already tried to fix it, given the usefullness to all professions.

The basic problem is this: Since the 1300 patch, the entire game will freeze upon opening the skill frames, most commonly the cooking frame. A couple of solutions were thought to be found (re-installing mod / logging, clearing the mod, relogging, then installing) and they worked for some or were at best intermittent corrections. Removing all other mods does not help either. Some people have no problems with this, but many do.
If there is anyone out there that can take this project on, you would have my eternal gratitude (that and $.25 will get you a cup of coffee :drink: ).
