How to reach Master Alch. Kylanna? Swiming or?

Master Alchemist Kylanna Windwhisper - Feathermoon Stronghold in Feralas (Alliance)

I am planing for my first trip over there, just reached lvl 35. I looked at the maps and was wondering how to get to that Island? By swimming of the cost? By taking some boat or what?

There is a boat. It is easy to find and free.
The hard part is getting there! ;)

Well is that boat just accross island on the coast?

I was lvl 26 when I made my first trek down there, and it really wasn't too hard. I started out at Stonetalon, went south to Nijel's Point, then continued south from there though Desolace and Feralas. As long as you stay on the road you shouldn't have any problems. About halfway through Feralas you'll make a right and come to a dock where the boat will take you to Feathermoon. (The dock shows up on the map as a small L shaped figure along the coast)
