UI Rest request

Is there a UI that displays how much rest state you have accrued? Ideally, what I would like to see is my rest state displayed as a percentage, ie max rest state = 100% possible rest state accrued. I know I can see the blue bar supercede over my XP bar, but that does not tell me how much rest is available after I level up.

Is there a UI like this?

Check out Titan Bar with Titan XP Status, these will have options for viewing rest exp and you can toggle percentages on xp status I believe

Yes

Check out some of the XP Bar related addons, there are a handful that show Rested XP

MiniGroup and Discord Unit Frames are also capable of displaying Rested XP.
