Request: Pvp Cooldown

A simple sort of thing, I'd like to see a cooldown timer for pvp. 5 minutes since your last hostile action against the other faction, right? Would that be easy to track and report? How about making it with a simple display as well? The same clock-wipe shading you see on buttons but applied over the insignia you gain on your portrait when you enter pvp.

If you are running titan bar, Titan PVP status will do this for you.

Oh, I never picked up Titan bar. I tend to shy away from the all-inclusive mods like Titan. I'll give it a try, tho.
