Warlock Banish Timer

Is there anyway someone could write a banish timer that pops up when you start to banish a target, countdown for like 30seconds so you know when to banish again? I think me and other warlocks would defniatly appreciate a mod like this, or even an addon like this for infobar. Thanks.
