help with sparkle's hunter mod 3.5

hello, new guy here, i just downloaded the sparkles hunter mod and so far i have to say its a great mod, however how do i get rid of the red Cboxs? they are stuck in the middle of the screen. i played with the mod for 2 hours and i just can't figure out how to make them go away. thanks for any help i get.

thats from discord action bars, I'd reccomend using flexbar myself, its actually alot easier to use for me.
