Post 1.7.0.2 Release Notes & Bug Reports

Bug Fixes

LUA
  • Fixed a bug which caused the Wrong MobTitle to be stored for some mobs.
Client
  • Fixed a parser Error which occured when the user had Raid Quests in his Quest Log ( Thanks to Wall ).
  • Fixed loads of other MobTitle related parser errors.

Please Read through this

Due to some bug and some ToolTip changing Mods, the 1.7.0.1. version wasn't all that successful. A lot of users received Parser errors and were unable to upload. I have tried to respond to everyone of those, but sadle there were so many that I couldn't send everyone a personal reply. Well with this version most of the MobTitle related Parser Erros should be gone.

There is one thing you should do though before uploading, and that is log into WoW and issue the following command ( enter it like you would type a chat message ) :

/wne clearmobtitles

If you press the return or enter key after you typed in the command, our LUA Mod will make sure that it will clear all MobTitles which are currently in your DataFile.

Please issue this command in WoW Immediately after installing the new client on your machine. Once you have executed the command, you shouldn't execute it again.

Due to a few reasons your MobTitles you have logged up until now might contain the wrong information, and issueing this command will make sure that the Mob Titles ( and only the Title for a Mob ) are cleared from you file.

Regards,

Annunaki

Hi,

Well, it might be. Did you download it using the link on the WWNData page ? If so, then Rushter still needs to update the installer on the other server. Try to run the client and let the client download the new version.

Might also be that I forgot to update a text somewhere :-p If you install it, check the version number of the client when it's running.

Regards,

Annunaki

Hi,

Fixing up some more Parser Errors, so if you are still getting BDY Parser Errors, please wait with your upload till the next release ( probably a new version will be released by wednesday ).

Regards,

My inventory page is looking strange,

http://wwndata.worldofwar.net/charac...page=inventory

It says "Runecloth bag" and that section is empty, the it say bag 0, 1, 2 etc for the bagslots that are used.

It's the same with all my chars.

Usually I get the standard SOAP errors about unclosed tokens but once in a while the following error message appears:

---------------------------
WWN Data Uploader
---------------------------
Die Serververbindung wurde aufgrund eines Fehlers beendet. - URL:http://wwndata.worldofwar.net/server...cterServer.php - SOAPAction:http://wwndata.worldofwar.net/server...WCharacterData.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

First line translates to: "The server connection was closed due to an error."

When I try to upload I get this error in error.log:
Quote:
ERR : Data file not found ( C:\Spel\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\\SavedVariables\wownetexport.lua ), try logging into WoW with a character and try again.
There is however a wownetexport.lua in C:\Spel\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\MYACCOUNTHERE\SavedVariables
