Fixes some problems users reported whith Character, Equipment and Inventory pages.
Client / LUA
The LUA Mod will now be logging Base item data from items sold by a Merchant when you visit that merchant. Previously it would only log Base Item Data for items that a merchant is selling if you actually had one of those items on your character. As a result you will see that more Item Information will get uploaded to the Server. In the future, we will also use this technique elsewhere.
The LUA Mod will now also be logging Base Item Data for Quest Rewards. The client will also upload those quest rewards to our server. So you should start seeing Quest Rewards appear on the site.
Fixed a bug where the 'Stay Logged In' option wasn't working.
Base Data for Quests, Items and QuestItems will now be cached Locally. This means that our client will check if you already uploaded an item before. If you did, it will check if the Base data for that Item is different than when you last uploaded that item.
In short you will only be Uploading an Item, Quest, QuestItem if you didn't upload it before, or if your new data is different than the old data. ( The system has been there for months, but somewhere down the process we turned it off ).
Fixed a Bug where the Client would sometimes generate an Access Violation when you tried to exit the Application.
Fixed loads of other Parser Errors
Server
Fixed a bug which caused Quest Rewards not to appear on the Quest Page.
Some Users have reported Access Violatoins which appear a few seconds after each upload or when the application is terminated. I am investigating these problems and will hopefully fix it for the next release.
Just an idear until you fix the regestry account name thing, could you maybe either make people enter tehre account name under the install, or make the program ask of where the saved varibles folder is, so that the program will know it after one run? Just a suggestion
Well Amithral this is a very good suggestion and something I have been thinking about for a few weeks now. For some reason there seem to be more and more people who are missing that stupid registry key. I am thinking about Showing some Wizard when you use the Upload Now function. The wizard would then ask you for the Base Install Directory for your WoW Client, and from that point it could check which accounts have been used on that machine.
Another advantage to this optioin would be that users with more than one account could easlily use our client to upload data from both their accounts.
I will be looking at it and will try to get that in for the next release.
It's good suggestions like these that could make our client better and easier to use, so keep them comming.
My character's Talent page is broken, see Here. The problem appears to be with the parsing of the Improved Shield Block talent.
The skill list on the 'Character' tab is broken as well. All I get for the Axes skill is the letter 'A' and no progress bar.
This is after resetting the character and uploading with the latest client.
I'm going to make you happy with a little sneak preview of the next release notes :-P
Client Changes
Finally the client no longer needs the Account Name Registry Key ( created by the WoW Client ) to determine where it should look to find the Data File to upload. The client will now automatically look in your WTF/Account/ folder to see if there are any Accounts in there which have a Data File generated by the WWNExport AddOn.
As a result of no longer needing the Registry Key, I expanded the client so it will now support multiple Accounts. First the Client will check if it can find at leas one Account ( in the WTF/Account folder within the WoW Install Dir ) which has a WoWNetExport Data file in it's /SavedVariables folder. If the client found only one of those, you will see no difference at all. If the client found more than one account with data it will display a Dialog Box with a list of all the Accounts found. The user can then check for which account (s) he wants to upload data.
To FladNag :
I can't see anything wrong on the Page, so could you give me a little bit more info ?
About the Weapon Skills, that should get fixed the next time you upload your characters. You had so many weaponskills that it didn't fit in the Field :-) So I just made it bigger.
Concerning the Talents I will need some more info, because I have no clue what could be wrong.

Excellent, the skills list is showing everything now.
On the Talents page, the Protection tree is not displaying correctly. This screenshot shows what I get (both in Firefox and IE6):
The problem seems to only be as a result of patch 1.8.0, before that the talents were displayed properly.
