Ras Frostwhisper

Some bugs or oddities that I've found.

First it seems that there is impossible to search for 'Ras Frostwhisper' in the searchbox (just seems to return the quests that has him in the name) - to find him I have to search for something I know he drops (Spellbound Tome).

Second, when I finally fins him there is not indication whatsoever on where he is to be found. I know that Blizzard don't give away coordinates when you are in an instance but it would be sweet if we at least could get a hint on which instance he is at least (should be doable).

Luckliy for me I know that by killing him more times than I dare to think about ... but it would be nice for others to gain that information directly from this site :)

There are issues with searching for any mob located in instances.

I have mentioned this before - Tried Searching for Garr, Lucifron etc. - Cybrey said he would look into it.

He thought that as no world location was logged for these mobs, that could be why they can't be searched for atm.

I would be interested in a progress report.

Hi,

I can confirm this bug and I have reported it to the Web Guy. It is indeed because they seem to be linking everything to a location while searching. As currenly nog Instance location stuff is uploaded, the mobs which appear in Instances won't be found using the Quick Search box.

If you use the Mob Search functionality ( which you can find in the menu to the left ), you will be able to find him.
