Assualt On Tarren Mill

I think we have all been there when all out war breaks out at Tarren Mill.

Actually last night on the Kaz garoth server one broke out and I was there to bear witness,

Now my paladin is my main and pulled his weight with rezzing and healing and blessing, and allot of up close and personal killing which was lots of fun!

There was lots action to be had by all but my question is .

Whats the best way to play a pally, when all hell has broken loose?

Why do people insist on bringing out the death guards all the time?

Have you guys been in a properly organised battle against the opposition other then chaos and frantic madness ? ( don’t get me wrong some times chaos is heaps fun)

When is the best time to command your raid to charge the enemy?

And what s the best war strategies you’ve seen to date

cnat really anwser the pally question but for the rest :

im guessin your askin about the NPC guards, and its prolly because they wanna kill more stuff for fun.

Yes actually. I play on Nur'zhul, and me and 3 other of my buddies all teamed up and got an organized AB raid going for 40-49. It was awesome, we won over 30 battle this way over the course of about 4 days. But i do agree, the frantic stuff can be a blast. and also we had a raid still formed from a battle in AB and all spawned back in Arathi Highlands (this was back in the 30-39 range) and about 5 60's, a few epic, were harrasing the refuge right when we came out. So everyone just rushed up and took back the point. Was alot of fun to

Its all about how well they listen to you. When we ran the 40-49 range, I had alot of people backin me as commander. They had played many times and knew i could bring em win after win. So in those situations, you gotta know how to play enemy positions, and spawning. You gotta be fast and know how to organize the groups for an attack, then when your comfortable, you let em go in all at once. Its all about mulitple front, if your fast, and come from many direction, you will succeed most of the time. A big example is playing AV, and watching how slow it is because both faction are fighting at one point. Its hard to advance if your stuck with one route of attack, cuz they will just defend head on.

It would be the mutiple fronts. Play it cool, and let your forces collect where you want em, then rush together. Even if your numbers are equal, 40 ppl cant defend 40 ppl rushing from all sides. Its hard cuz players have more trouble assessing the battle if a good portion of it is behind them you know?
