BG Holidays?

I've often heard of BG holiday weekends, but can't find any information as to when/which one they are. Where is such information to be found?

Do you mean the weekends you get extra honor? The only way I know how to tell which battleground is giving extra honor that weekend is to see which emissary is walking around the capital city - e.g. if you are alliance and it's the Arathi Basin weekend, an AB emissary will walk around Ironforge.

I've recently stumbled upon this page titled In-Game Events.

Battlegrounds Holiday - 3 Weekends a Month
Holidays occur during most weekends, starting on Thursday night at midnight and continuing until Tuesday morning. During a holiday, emmissaries from that Battleground will be found in the major cities, and honor/faction rewards for performing objectives in that battleground are increased. Cycle: Alterac Valley, Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin, None.

This can't be quite accurate though because we just had Alterac Valley Holiday last weekend. And it certainly wasn't the first weekend of the month. That's on a european server though, maybe US servers are different.

It's not exactly 3 times a month, it simply cycles AV->WSG->AB->None. So it's 3 times every 4 weeks.

Because our months run 4 1/3 weeks, the cycle doesn't fit into any month.

This week is WSG week, followed by AB, none, AV, WSG, AB, none...etc...

Honor weekends rotate between BGs for example

First thurs of the month it is AB weekend
2nd thurs of the month it is AV weekend
3rdh thurs of the month its WSG weekend

and so on and so forth, there is always a BG weekend its not just once a month, it just cycles through the different battlegrounds.
