In bg can it improve ur skills because i have seen this lvl 16 with a battleshout that lasted 30mins and gave 200 attack power and +4 for everything and she played alot of bg and said she improved it though bg, how is this possable what do i need to do?

Could they be thinking about one of the buffs you get in org when someone downs the boss ina raid?

Doubt it. That's not a mega buff iirc

It's a mega buff at level 16. Getting +300 AP or whatever it is means you're doing 2-3x as much damage.

Sounds like a crusader enchant or something to me...but no matter what it is you sure as hell don't get it by playing a lot of BGs
