Lobotomizer Proc Rate?

I was just curious about the proc rate of The Lobotomizer. I've hear that prior to patch 1.10, it hardly procc'd at all. Now however, it seems to proc at least once every other fight. Can anyone confirm this?

I'd love to see this answered - I've actually never seen it proc in my combat log, but I suppose it's possible that my combat log just isn't displaying properly - does anyone know?

As far as I can tell, nobody really knows specifics of procs.

So there are procs which proc so many times in a given time period, and there are procs which have a chance upon hit. Either way, I think your best bet is to hit someone obliging for an extended period of time, count the procs, and work out an answer.

I offhand lobotomizer and i can say that it does proc quite often. When you look in your combat log it will say "Brain Damage" when it goes off. Mine has crit + proc for around 350 on occassion.
