Question mark for heal

are there any add ons that would mark players to whom i am assigned to heal on the main screen. in a 40 person raid i find it difficult to find those for whom i am responsible. a symbol, aura or color would be very useful. thank you

I think it would be great if they would implement, a "Self-Placed Mark"
-For example:
In ZG, riding along minding you own business. You agro the crocs :O..lol
A tank runs up, but you still got agro, people pile in, and somehow agro next group..Tank runs to the Trolls, you still have agro! You go "Click my "Heal me!" Mark..A little target pops up meaning you want/need to be healed. I know there is an emote for this, but who the hell can see an emote, when the raid is spamming there anger for agroing both groups! Lol
