Strat - 2 Hours max depending on the group (can be done in 45mins so really shouldn't take that long)
Scholo - Longer about 3-4 hours depending on the group, if its a bad group it can take quite along time.
Maraudon - Depends which bit, Princess run is pretty straight forward and takes about an hour or so with a decent group. The whole place (Purple Orange + Princess) would probably take aaaaages.
LBRS - Can be a bit of a killer to do the whole thing, takes a fair while especially with a bad group, I would say... 2-3 hours.
UBRS - Not that long of an instance, but quite challenging in some places for an inexperianced PUG, so can take as long as 3 hours, but could also be done in as little as an hour an a half I guess ?
ST - Only done it once but remember it being quite hard and long but we didnt exactly have an awesome group. I would say at least 2 hours though, if you go at the appropriate level.
DM East - Not so bad, easist wing in DM, probably about 2 hours approx.
Uldaman - Quite hard for its level, well the later on parts anyway, can take quite some time to complete the whole place, a good 2 hours maybe more, though I haven't exactly done Ulda that much so could be more/less.
ZF - With a good group can be done fairly quickly, about 2 hours I would guess at.
ZG is a raid instance, to clear the whole place it takes about 3-4 hours at least, when your still learning it though much longer, and you do it with 20 other people. Can be done faster with overpowered gear and an awesome group.
Generally all the non-raid instances can be done with a decent group in about 2 hours.. but you rarely get a decent group, so when I'm doing an instance I try and make sure I have at least 3-4 hours spare in case things go badly :P
Just to note, clearing a place like ZG with a PUG (as in, you didn't just join a guild raid) will take much longer, and will typically be a lot more frustrating. If you get in on a guild raid, you'll notice how much more enjoyable it is...
I have to disagree on Scholo, though... It can easily be done in 2 hours, especially if you've got a good group--but that's not entirely necessary. The worst one to watch out for is most likely UBRS--with a bad group, 3+ hours isn't uncommon, and you'll realize how tired you get of being in the same instance for that long.
I'd say a general 3-4 hour estimate is a bit overkill for a lot of them--unless you're talking about the end-game instances (Scholo, Strat, etc.), you're probably not going to have a problem finishing them in 2-3 hours, ever.
Stratholme --> just below two hours
Scholomance --> 2 hours good group, 3 with a bad one (skippin jandice ofc)
Maraudon -> only done princess runs which are like 1-1.15 hours
LBRS -> around 2
BRS --> brd? brd can take up to 8 hours if you do it all in a bad group, but you only do parts of it each time.
UBRS -> between 1 and a half and two hours
Sunken -> depends, first time it's EXTREMELY confusing and i didn't finish, now i'd say 1 hour and a half for killing the big dragon (never done the other part except with me and 4 60's hehe)
DM East-> Hmm, I'd say around an hour and 45 minutes, but i only did it with good groups
Ulda -> it takes fooooreeeeveeer.. and the final boss is extremely difficult for it's level imho
ZF -> hm, to clear it all i'd say 3 hours, but i did it in pieces so hard to tell
ZG -> only done first boss so couldnt say
It will all completely vary based on the skill of the group and how well you know the instance. For example, I've been in bad groups just learning ZF that took 3-4 hours. A good group that knows the instance in the same gear (especially since it got pwnd by the nerf stick)... you're looking at 90 minutes tops... and only that long because of the event on the stairs.
UBRS is another good example. It's really not a very long instance but a bad or slow group will drag it out a long time.

I sure did Got a 60 mage and a 60 hunter and I just started raiding with my mage. Have you picked a server yet? Feel free to visit krasuss on Argent Dawn (europe)
PS: ZF is more like 2 hours, shouldnt take three unless you screw up, my bad :)
Our guild is pretty much "anti" pug. Not for the reason of gear but for the reason of "experience" and "skill". Our typical group lands up having 3/5 average blues, 1 highly epic toon, 1 gimp (greens and low blues)
Based upon those reqs...it takes about this long
Stratholme - 3 hours both sides (personal record is 1.4 hours for both sides)
Scholomance - 2 hours includig batman and vectus but excluding jandice (personal record is 1.2 hours for a FULL clear)
UBRS - 2 hours typical (personal record is a 1.2 hour clear)
DM East - 1 hour tops (personal record is 30 minutes)
ZG - Zg is a blend like above typically 4 including all bosses except fishing boss and alchemy boss. If we bring a T2 team, we can do it all in 3 hours.
The biggest thing about his game is having people understand it isn't your class that is needed, it is what the group has in terms of skills and how to use those skills that is needed. You don't need to AoE the welps on the way to rattlegore in scholo. It is actually quite effective just to assist burn them down. Healing anything other than cloth is MUCH easier. That is just one example
Another example is knowing the instance and its quirks. The more people that "know" the instance (this doesn't mean run it 50x, but actually know what the mobs do) the easier it gets. For the room with the summoners in scholo, I ALWAYS mind control one pull it back. The reason being is on pull, those guys love to run and agro a group next to them. So, MC one, burn down the other two and the park the summoner in a nice spot to be pwned. Plus, the life drain and melee debuff don't hurt either.
I sometimes think i'm the only person with an electronic notebook that has every mob listed for every instance, what their specials are, whether or not they attack from range or run to you, etc.
Stratholme - 3 hours both sides (personal record is 1.4 hours for both sides)
Do you really mean that you cleared both sides of Strat up to and including Belnazzar and the Baron in 1 hour 24 minutes? If so, I'd very much like to know how, cos I think it's physically impossible with the group you described (and probably even with a full Tier 3 equipped group too to be honest).
