To get MC attuned, you have to get the quest from the guy standing outside the BRD entrance--kind of. He's standing ina litle room after you run down the last chain, and once you talk to him he'll ask you to grab a piece of rock off the very end of BRD. Once you've got that, you can talk to him and be instantly transported to MC.
BWL is a bit different. First, you must kill the quartermaster, who stands near the BRS entrance. Facing the BRS entrance, turn right, and take your next left, which is a little ramp that leads down. There are two random guys and the quarter master down there, and they're partially solo-able, although bringing a friend along makes things that much easier. Kill the quarter master, loot the General's letter off him, then follow the quest. It ends with you having to kill Drak and touch the glowing orb behind him.
Onyxia is a royal pain, especially if you're Horde. For Alliance, just start the "Dragonkin Menace" quest in the Burning Steppes and follow it to its completion. Its a long, LONG quest, so don't expect to clear it up in an hour or two.
