Best BG?

Ok I have been wondering what is the best Battleground for gaining Ranks? Is it WSG,AB, or AV?

I find the AV is if your not in a Pre-Formed Group with Hk's. PUG's WSG in WSG tend to "Turtle". AB if not Pre-Formed tend to last longer and Hk's not as high.

If you get into a good Pre-Form I think AB because max "Turtle" can only be based on Resource's.

If you get into a good WSG pre-form as fast as you can cap the Flag.

I would say AB or AV now that the games are faster there... there is only so long a game in AB can last win or lose and you're right back at it again. This is assuming no premades. AV you get a lot of honor from kills and now that games can be ended pretty quickly you get more honor tokens. I got 70k honor for playing AV all day saturday in order to make my final push to exalted. WSG can last all of 5 minutes if you're in a good pre-made against no turtling PuGs. But it can also last an eternity against another premade and neither of you can cap. You'll start running out of honor from HKs really fast too when there are only 10 players on the opposing team.

I'll pull a kcma and say it's the one you suck the least at.

I like the tactical challenge of AB and I've enjoyed great success in AV. The least said about WSG the better, though. <..< >..>

Hard to say, it's down to WSG and AB, and both can be great for rank, if you know how to play them.

I'd suggest trying both, and playing a load of the one you're best at, then playing the other for a while to break up the monotony. When I was grinding rep in WSG I was really sick of it before I hit exalted, so when I was doing the same with AB, I broke it up with some WSG and the odd AV, just to stop me hating my little PvP toon.

ty for all the replys but I was actually talking about Rank like Privite,Corp,Segeant, etc.. Would AV and AB be still stop for that?

It depends. If you have a premade with decent players, go steamroll wsg.If you're pugging, do whatever gets you the most wins on your xrealm bg. For me, that would mean i'd skip wsg (every other wsg is a horde premade...), sign in for ab (40% winchance i guess) and hope for a quick av (100% winchance so far lol)

Premade: Arathi Basin - 6 minute games
WSG - Turtling can slow you down a lot

If you're going solo, AV is your best bet most likely, coupled with some ABs for fun. (Queue AB, when ya get the go, queue AV and switch from AB to AV if you hit a premade.)
