2 new engineer skills

i doubt blizz will ever get to see this, but they seem cool to me (as an engineer)

scraps - when an engineer is making stuff, there is a chance hell have leftover parts. after accruing 5 leftover parts he can combine them all into a random part (something cheap like copper ore, or something nice like a mithril tube), or fail and inadvertantly create a mechanical monster!

disassemble - if an engineer buys or finds mechanical items, he can disassemble them back to a few of its original parts (a gun may yield a heavy stock, while a chonotoatrom may yield a gold power core) or fail at it and contract tetaunus lol

just 2 things i thought of while half asleep this morning lol
